Terms and Conditions
Below is a summary of what you can expect from the participation agreement when Joining.
• Foundries must have sufficient rights for any fonts they wish to offer in FontMeUp's special library. If your fonts are in any way derived from fonts or designs owned by other parties and foundries, you will need to obtain permission from the owner. Foundries must be prepared to offer such permission for inspection by FontMeUp.
• Foundries and designers must provide a set of fonts to FontMeUp to be added to the database. Format can be any mixture of PC TrueType, PC Type 1, Mac TrueType, Mac Type 1, or OpenType. The font files must be valid and complete. Minimum requirements include A-Z and 0-9 are acceptable. If the font is a family, please upload a zip file containing all the fonts within the family.
• Security of your fonts is our primary concern. FontMeUp stores font files on a machine behind a local firewall. No one has access to the fonts except the top level management. Fonts are never delivered to users browsers.
• FontMeUp reserves the right to remove any irrelevant or misleading keywords, tags or words within the description.
• FontMeUp premium library earnings are paid 30 days out via paypal.
•Foundries and designers will be added to the FontMeUp foundries database. |
